Your reservation must be paid in full prior to the tour. This policy helps us maintain efficient operations and uphold our high service standards.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations can be canceled up to 48 hours prior to departure time for a 100% refund.

Cancellations received within 24 hours or less are subject to a 100% penalty. Non-presentations/non-shows or non-use are penalized 100%.
Unpaid Reservations:
We require all reservations to be prepaid in advance. This policy ensures smooth operations and helps us maintain high service standards. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate last-minute bookings or allow individuals to join the tour and pay on-site. Accepting such requests would lead to unused spaces and longer waiting times for everyone. No exeptions.
Modification policy & General Policies
Modification requests depend on availability.

If a date change is not feasible, our own cancellation terms will apply.

Your reservation is confirmed and paid in full at the time of purchase.

Cancellation does not apply due to weather conditions, we’re in Costa Rica, tropical forest, please do not trust in any weather App, the weather is unpredictable.

We have the flexibility to modify dates and times depending on the activity to be done. For modifications and cancellations you have 3 channels for communication, email, phone call, WhatsApp (Please use the same phone number provided in your reservation.
Transportation Service
Please note that transportation is not included in our tour price. This allows us to offer a more affordable and competitive rate to our guests. Most visitors already have their own transportation or prefer flexible options, and this approach helps keep the experience accessible without compromising quality.

Daniella was a lovely guide and provided plenty of useful information/facts in English and her father was a great spotter. We were lucky enough to see a mother and baby sloth as well as lots of frogs and other interesting creatures, and capture great photos through the telescope lens.

We were even able to start spotting creatures on our own by the end of it! So many great opportunities to see the local wildlife of La Fortuna. The tour was interactive and we saw many different plants and animals. We made our own tortillas and squeezed sugar cane for a drink, both of which were delicious.
